The virtue of Alhajj.
ولما كانت العبادة لا يستقيم التقرب بها إلى الله ولا تكون مقبولة إلا بأمرين:
أحدهما: الإخلاص لله عز جل بأن يقصد بها وجه الله والدار الآخرة، لا يقصد بها رياء ولا سمعة.
الثاني:المتابعة:اتباع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فيها قولاً وفعلاً.
لذلك فالواجب على من أراد أن يتعبد لله تعالى بعبادة -الحج أو غيره- أن يتعلم هدي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فيها ؛ حتى يكون عمله موافقًا للسنة
الحج في الاصطلاح:قصد البيت الحرام في زمن مخصوص بنية لأداء المناسك، من طواف، وسعي، ووقوف بعرفة، وغيرها.
*قال البخاري في صحيحه :حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ ،قال: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ،قال: حَدَّثَنَا سَيَّارٌ أَبُو الْحَكَمِ ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَازِمٍ ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ "سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ حَجَّ لِلَّهِ فَلَمْ يَرْفُثْ وَلَمْ يَفْسُقْ رَجَعَ كَيَوْمِ وَلَدَتْهُ أُمُّهُ"
صحيح البخاري - كِتَاب الْحَجِّ - لا لكن أفضل الجهاد حج مبرورهنا
*قال البخاري في صحيحه:حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ،قال: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ سُمَيٍّ مَوْلَى أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ السَّمَّانِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ "أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ الْعُمْرَةُ إِلَى الْعُمْرَةِ كَفَّارَةٌ لِمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَالْحَجُّ الْمَبْرُورُ لَيْسَ لَهُ جَزَاءٌ إِلَّا الْجَنَّةُ"صحيح البخاري - كِتَاب الْعُمْرَةِ - بَاب وُجُوبِ الْعُمْرَةِ وَفَضْلِهَاهنا
"مامن مسلمٍ يلبِّي إلَّا لبَّى من عن يمينِه أو عن شمالِه من حجرٍ أو شجرٍ أو مدرٍ حتَّى تَنقطعَ الأرضُ من هاهنا وَهاهنا."الراوي : سهل بن سعد الساعدي -المحدث : الألباني -المصدر : صحيح الترمذي-الصفحة أو الرقم:828-خلاصة حكم المحدث :صحيح-الدرر-
- يا رسولَ اللهِ، تُرَى الجِهادَ أفْضلَ العملِ، أفلا نُجاهِدُ ؟ قال : لكِنَّ أفضلَ الجِهادِ حَجٌّ مَبْرورٌ .الراوي : عائشة أم المؤمنين -المحدث : البخاري -المصدر : صحيح البخاري -الصفحة أو الرقم2784-خلاصة حكم المحدث : صحيح.الدرر.
"من طافَ بِهذا البيتِ أسبُوعًا فأحصاهُ ، كانَ كعِتقِ رقبةٍ ، لا يضعُ قدمًا ، و لا يرفعُ أخرى ، إلا حَطَّ اللهُ عنه بها خطيئةً ، و كَتب له بها حسنةً" .الراوي : عبدالله بن عمر -المحدث : الألباني-المصدر : صحيح الجامع -الصفحة أو الرقم6380-خلاصة حكم المحدث : صحيح
أسبُوعًا:أي سبعة أشواط. فأحصاهُ:يعني ضبطه وأتقنه وجاء به على الوجه الشرعي
شروط وجوب الحج و العمرة
وقد قال رسول الله ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ لمن أراد أن يحج عن شُبْرُمَة " حج عن نفسك ثم حج عن شُبْرُمَة " رواه أبو داود عن ابن عباس وصححه الشيخ الألباني ـ رحمه الله ـ في صحيح الجامع الصغير / ج : 1 / ص : 599 / حديث رقم : 3128
إذن فيشترط لمن أراد الحج عن غيره أن يكون قد حج عن نفسه أولاً ، ولا يحج عن الغير إلا إذا كان الغير ميتًا أو مَنْ عجزَ عن أداء المناسك بنفسه . ـ الاستطاعة الأمنية : فقديمًا كان المرءُ يخشى على نفسه قطع الطريق من اللصوص والمفسدين أو يخشى سبعًا أو وحشًا في الطريق ، فيسقط عنه الحج بنفسه حتى يأمن الطريق ، أما الآن فتتمثل الاستطاعة الأمنية في تصاريح السفر للمغادرة ودخول البلاد ، فقد يكون المرء ممنوعًا من السفر من بلده ، أو ممنوعًا من الدخول لأرض الحرمين .
ـ الاستطاعة الشرعية : يسقط الحج إذا وجد مانع شرعي يمنع من السفر إلى الحج أو العمرة ، وأمثلة ذلك ما يلي : *المرأة لا تجد مَحْرَمًا لها . فالصواب أن المرأة لا تسافر أي سفر بغير محرم . * فعن أبي سعيد الخدري ـ رضي الله عنه ـ عن النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ أنه قال "أن لا تسافر امرأة مسيرة يومين ليس معها زوجها أو ذو محرم" رواه البخاري ومسلم . وأما القول بجواز سفر المرأة في صحبة آمنة من النساء ولو كانت طاعنة في السن ، فهذا قول مرجوح .فقه السنة للشيخ سيد سابق / ج : 1 / ص : 535 .*ومن الموانع الشرعية : أن يقوم المرء على خدمة من لا يستغني عنه وليس ثَمَّ بديل . *الاشتراط خشية العجز عن إكمال المناسك بعد الإحرام :يشرع لمن أراد الإحرام بالحج أو العمرة أن يشترط عند الإحرام ، إذا خاف أن يمنعه مانع من إتمام الحج والعمرة ، فيقول "اللهم محلي حيث حبستني" والفائدة التي يستفيدها المحرم من ذلك : أنه إذا حصل له مانع يمنعه من إتمام النسك كمرض أو حادث ، أو مُنع من دخول مكة لسبب ما فإنه يتحلل من إحرامه وليس عليه شيء ، لا فدية ، ولا هدي ، ولا حلق الرأس .ولولا هذا الاشتراط لكان مُحْصَرًا ، والمُحْصَر – وهو الممنوع من إتمام النسك – عليه أن يذبح هديًا ، ويحلق رأسه ، كما فعل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عام الحديبية لما منعه المشركون من دخول مكة ، فنحر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم هديه ، وحلق رأسه ، وأمر الصحابة بذلك ، فقال لهم "قوموا فانحَرُوا ثم احْلِقُوا"الراوي : المسور بن مخرمة و مروان بن الحكم -المحدث : البخاري -المصدر : صحيح البخاري-الصفحة أو الرقم: 2731 -خلاصة حكم المحدث : صحيح.الدرر *قال الشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله :
"أما فائدة الاشتراط : فإن فائدته أن الإنسان إذا حصل له ما يمنعه من إتمام نسكه تحلل بدون شيء ، بمعنى تحلل ، وليس عليه فدية ولا قضاء" انتهى . مجموع فتاوى ابن عثيمين" 22/28 .*دخل رسولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم على ضُباعةَ بنتِ الزبيرِ فقال لها: لعلك أردتِ الحجَّ. قالت: واللهِ لا أجدُني إلا وَجِعَةً، فقال لها" حُجِّي واشترطي، قولي: اللهم محَلِّي حيث حبستني" وكانت تحتَ المقدادِ بنِ الأسودِ.الراوي : عائشة أم المؤمنين - المحدث : البخاري - المصدر : صحيح البخاري-الصفحة أو الرقم: 5089 - خلاصة حكم المحدث : -صحيح-الدرر *

Hajj is one of the best acts of worship and the greatest of obedience's; It
is one of the pillars of Islam that Muhammad "peace be upon him" has
resurrected, Which the religion of a slave can only be reconciled with.
Allah said:
" And to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a way".Surah al_imraan……."97".
And the months of hajj is " Shawwal, Zo Al_Qada and Zo Al_Hijja.
And since worship is not right to bring it closer to God and is accepted only by two things:
Either of them:
Loyalty to Allah, Almighty, to mean the face of God and the afterlife, it's not meant to be a hypocrisy or a reputation.
Second the following:
Following the prophet "peace be upon him" in words and deeds.
Therefore, it is the duty of those who want to worship Allah with worship. Like Alhajj and others,to learn the guide of the Prophet "peace be upon him" in it, so that his work is in accordance with the Sunnah.
Al_hajj in the expression:
It
is to go to the forbidden house at a special time with the intention of
performing the rituals, from tawaf and seeking and standing with Arafa
and others.
* El_Bukhari said in his hadith:
Adam
told us, he said: shoaba told us, he said: sear Abo Al_hakam told us,
he said: I heard Aba Hazem, he said: I heard Abo Huraira "god bless him"
said: I heard the prophet "peace be upon him" said:
"
Whoever performs Hajj for Allah's pleasure and does not have sexual
relations with his wife, and does not do evil or sins then he will
return "after Hajj free from all sins" as if he were born anew ".

* El_Bukhari said in his hadith:
Abd
Allah Abn Yousef told us, he said: Malk about somaii associated of Aby
Bakr Abn Abd Al_Rahman about Aby salah El_sman about Abo Huraira "god
bless him" told us, that the prophet "peace be upon him" said:
" The
performance of Umra is an expiation for the sins committed "between it
and the previous one". And the reward of Hajj Mabrur is nothing except
Paradise ".

There is no Muslim who says the Talbiyah except that - on his right and
left, until the end of the land, from here to there - the rocks, or
trees, or mud say the Talbiyah ".

Whoever performs Tawaf around this House a week and he keeps track of
it, then it is as if he freed a slave one foot is not put down, nor
another raised except that Allah removes a sin from him and records a
good merit for him ".

Conditions of Hajj and Umrah.
The conditions of hajj must be five, which are:
Al_islam, puberty,Mind, Freedom, Ability.
And the ability is divided into four types:
Financial capability:
There must be the money that el_hajj needs in his travel and the costs
of his hajj until his return, and the availability of the money he
leaves to his family until he returns, after paying off all the debts or
the creditor's permission, as for the debt that is not timed as the
sale installments or pay in installments; so it's ok to go to the hajj
without permission.
This
money requires it to be halal. No pilgrimage is permissible from
forbidden money, Such as usury, bribery or prohibited sale.
Physical ability:
So,
Alhaj needs to work hard for bearing the consequences of traveling and
the rituals of Hajj, and some postpone his hajj until he’s older, It's
like he's not fit to be a hajj but to be a big sheikh and that’s so
wrong where the hajj should be initiated as long as one can.And who can't perform the rituals himself for illness, disability or old ageIt is permissible for someone else to make a pilgrimage from him.
“al-Fadl Abn Abbas had been riding behind Allah's Messenger“peace be upon him”a
woman of the tribe of Khath'am came to him “to the Holy Proppet” asking
for a religious verdict. Fadl looked at her and she looked at him.
Allah's Messenger“peace be upon him” turned the face of al-Fadl to the other side. She said:
Oh,
Messenger of Allah, there is an obligation from Allah upon His servants
in regard to Hajj. “But” my father is an aged man; he is incapable of
riding safely. May I perform Hajj on his behalf? He said: Yes. It was
during the Farewell Pilgrimage”.

And the messenger of god “peace be upon him” to those who wanted to make a hajj about Shubrumah.
“You must perform Hajj on your own behalf first, and then perform it on behalf of Shubrumah”.
Narrator
by Abo Dawood about Abn Abbas and it was corrected by El_sheikh Al_
Albania “god has mercy on him” in the correct of a little collector /
part “1” / page “599” / hadith number “3128”.
So,
it is obligatory for those who wanted hajj from others to have made a
pilgrimage for themselves first, and he doesn't make a pilgrimage to
others unless the others are dead or unable to perform the rituals
themselves.
Security capability:
In
the old time was afraid to cut off the path of thieves and spoilers or
fear a lion or a monster on the way, So the hajj will fall from him
himself until the road is secured, but now, security is possible for
travel permits to leave and enter the country, so may be banned from
travelling from his own country or prohibited from entering the land of
the Two Holy Mosques.
Legal capacity:
Alhaj has falls if there is a legal barrier that prevents travel to Hajj or Umrah; examples include:
* The woman does not find to her Mahram, the right thing is that a woman does not travel without a mahram.
*about Aby Saeed el_khodry “god bless him” about the prophet “peace be upon him” said:
“No lady should travel without her husband or without a Dhu-Mahram for a two-days' journey”.

As for saying a woman can travel in the safe company of women and if she's old, that's a good saying.

* and it's a legal obstacle:
To be based on the service of the one who does not dispense with it and then not an alternative.
* The requirement for fear of not being able to complete the rituals after Ihram:
It
is prescribed to those who want to be ihram by hajj or umrah it should
be obligatory when Ihram, if he is afraid that he will be prevented from
completing hajj and umrah, so he says “oh my god, my place where you
locked me up”.
And the benefit that the mahram benefits from it:
That
if he gets a problem, he's not going to finish the snare as a disease
or an accident, or banned from entering Mecca for some reason It's
decomposing from a harem and it has nothing on it.No ransom, no slaughter a sacrifice, No the head shave.
And if it wasn't for that requirement, he'd be locked up.
And
the blocker’s is Forbidden from completing the pilgrimage ceremonies,
He has to slaughter his sacrifice, and he shave his head, As the Prophet
“peace be upon him” did in the year of Hadibiyeh, when the polytheists
prevented him from entering Mecca. So, the prophet “peace be upon him”
slaughtered a sacrifice, and he shaved his head, and ordered the
companions to do so, and he said to them:
“Get up and slaughter your sacrifices and get your head shaved”.

*SHeEIKH IBN ATHIMIN “May God rest his soul” said:
The benefit of the requirement:
“Its
usefulness is that if a human gets something that prevents him from
completing his pilgrimage ceremonies, decompose without anything, in the
sense of decomposition, and it had no ransom nor spend” END.
Total fatwas of Ibn Athaimin “22/28”.
* Allah's
Messenger “peace be upon him” entered upon Dubaa bent Az-Zubair and
said to her, "Do you have a desire to perform the Hajj?" She replied,
"By Allah, I feel sick." He said to her, "Intend to perform Hajj and
stipulate something by saying, 'Oh Allah, I will finish my Ihram at any
place where You stop me “i.e. I am unable to go further”." She was the
wife of Al-Miqdad bin Al-Aswad.
